Help Cloud hosted Microsoft Exchange Email?

I have checked out Rackspace but they have a MOQ of 3 accounts. Can anyone recommend me a cloud hosted exchange service with good customer service and a minimum order of 1? Rackspace support is awesome.

    Cheers

    Hi,

I'm with Heart Internert and I know a few people with Web Fusion. Both have been solid, and I think its £10 a month.

It's been awhile since I've last checked if it's good value so I'll be be keeping an eye on this thread with interest.

Office 365 Plan P is £4 per user per month and you can start at 1 user

I will have a proper look through plan p tomorrow but I have dealt with office 365 before and was the exchange was stuck with an @onmicrosoft.com address whereas I need to use a domain I own for the email address. I can set up a linked address in office 365 exchange but when sending email from an iPhone/ iPad it can't be sent from the domain address so looks unprofessional when replying to clients.

I don't think you should have a problem using your own domain name

I went with Rackspace, finally got the mailboxes migrated today and configured. Very good customer support, someone is always there via live chat or on the phone to help. The support tickets are replied to very promptly and you can tell the support team are professionals rather than reading a script or troubleshooting guide. I had phone calls from the American migration team who were very good. The control panel is also very good so I have lots of control over everything. All in all highly recommended, far better than Microsoft IMO as we had a 365 account and I couldn't find support links, live chat, or phone numbers anywhere when I needed assistance. Microsoft have a shocking control panel and the knowledge base contradicts itself in places and is very confusing.
