is there an android app for retrieving WPA passwords other than WPA Tester that works

hi, been looking at WPA Tester but when it tries to scan networks it comes back as ESSID not supported..is there an alternative that works for UK?
can this be done now or am I wasting my time?

Penetrate and Router Keygen do something similar by calculating the default keys for some brands of router.

I assume its saying ESSID is not supported because its using rainbow tables to do the cracking.
Is there a reason you want it on your phone? You'd be better off with a laptop and backtrack 5 on USB.

It's still a ballache cracking WPA, you'll need a decent wordlist and a lot of time. Took me 39 hrs to run through a 13gb wordlist, it didn't contain the password so was a waste of time. You can speed things up with a decent nvidia video card (i believe ati cards are supported too).

In short I don't believe there is any quick or easy way to get what you want.
