Does the problem seem to stay in the same area? or move about if you move the screen part by closing it a little and opening again? I'm thinking about cable problem but could be GPU.

Blimey... Looks like a Packard Bell TJ66!

Doubtful MoBo if VGA working fine

Definitely not inverter... that just controls the back light (which you have plenty)

    Doubtful screen

as burner says... most likely cable from mobo to screen.

Looks like video cable, might be a loose connection or may need replacing.

As above or crack under front bezel. Unlikely, just putting it out there.
Check the video cable first - probably just come loose.

Yeah same as what the other members said really. If the screen cable runs through a hinge then it's possible its become damaged or loose.
