USA SIM CARD?

Hey guys,

Going to America in April and I want to buy a pre pay sim to use over there, California to be precise. I'll be using my HTC Sensation for the odd call/text in the US & UK but will be using Google Maps/Facebook at times.

What do you suggest?

When i was there last year you could get a T-Mobile SIM for about 15 dollars and get a data addon that lasted 7 days upto about 30 days. can't recall pricing but was comprarable to the providers over here.

Iv don't the same thing for when I'm in new york this week. Gotta T-Mobile 4G sim with 30 days unlimited data/calls/text for £25 on e-bay.

Need to trim it to a micro sim though

I get an AT&T GoPhone Sim from eBay (about a fiver):

Then get $25 dollars credit when you touch down, but you can do it online (I use Pinzoo) then iirc you get 100mb data for $20, and get $5 credit. Alternatively, you can spend $50 and get unlimited calls, texts and data for a month. I do it every time I go to the states, as it is great for Navigation and also checking out local restaurant reviews, staying in touch via skype etc.

Thats the one, a UK seller is faster but you pay a couple of quid more mate.
