Congrats! A lovely shot, so hard to do into the Sun. Can I ask did you use a filter (CPL at a guess) for this shot?

No, no filter. I have a CPL but bought it just one week before I upgraded my lens and it wouldn't fit the new one.
I'd shot in RAW and so raised the levels to reveal the rest of the shot which was initially much darker, and then used some noise reduction and tonal contrast.


The shot worked out well and reasonably composed I thought, considering I took it from the top of a moving ferris wheel!
