No video feeds are allowed so it will be live blog with photos as is the norm. Just hope this doesn't fall flat like the iPhone 4s launch last year.

I'm waiting for the 'It is hardly an upgrade worth having, but I will get one anyway' comments

I always skip a generation of Toys. For example I have an iPad 1, skipped the 2 and will be getting a 3 (or whatever it is).
I went from 3GS to a 4S missing the 4. etc.. Same with Mac Book Pro. I expect it to last 2 years before getting the next model.

The only exception however might be the rumored Apple TV3. But were talking £100 here and not £500 - £1000

I had an iPod 2G then the next iPod I bought was a video. From the video I owned every iPod (inc. Nano 1st gen) until the iPod Touch when I moved to a 3GS (my first iPhone). I upgraded to the 4 as it was a massive improvement but skipped the 4s as the changes were so minor for me. I bought the iPad 2 because I didn't have an iPad 1 but will probably upgrade that if retina display is introduced. If Apple move to a model where they release a major improvement followed by minor upgrade the following year I will upgrade every 2 years, if an upgrade looks good or I have cash on the hip I might break that idea...

Anyway, 15 mins and it should kick off
