    Flame bbc iplayer

Came in the other night and found that i missed a crimewatch. Started to watch it on iplayer, got about halfway through, felt tired so thought i would watch the rest next day and they have removed it after 2 days.

You would think a programme like that where people might want to rewatch it or thought they had any info concerning any of the cases or missed it would be on for a while.

I have seen programs disappear and the re-appear later on iPlayer, maybe you just need to be patient.

You record Crimewatch?? WTF, are you trying to see yourself or Big Dave from down the pub lol !

On a serious note, maybe it is due to the sensitivity of the subject(s) that they take it off so that Doris from around the corner isn't catching up a month later and ringing through to tell them who it is even though they have been sent down... Plus it could be upsetting for the victims and families to keep it hanging about for too long.

Fair comment, but there's not letting it get stale and pulling it before anyone's had a chance to view it!
What is it with steel wool? Is it steel? Or is it wool?

Isn't a lot of it live & time based content and having it on iPlayer for too long would be like having the 6 o'clock news from two days ago on there?
