You can type the asset tag into Dell's support site to find out that kind of info. The RAM is listed at 1GB (but may have been upgraded) and the CPU is a Pentium D 3.0GHz.

If you can get the dimension and you know the weight, they will give you the price.
Probably around £10 - £15 for the size and Weight I would imagine, pick up and deliver.
A 500gb HD is probably worth the price alone here. Very good deal but not for me. I just wanted to help out with Delivery for people.
