Got my Xbox 360 modded with the RGH advice

Okay got my Xbox modded with the Reset Glitch Hack, Ive put in an bigger internal HDD, but I have a few questions.

1). Im using Freestyle Dashboard and I intend to use my main XBL Profile, is it best to sign in to your account once the game loads and when you have finished sign out before going back to the Freestyle Dashboard. Ive heard that Freestyle Dash can add data to your profile which MS could detect if you uploaded your Game stats and GS to XBL.

2). If you downloaded DLC/XBLA stuff to play on your main account, is there a chance that MS could ban it or would they think that it was purchased on another console and you have played it on that.

depends how paranoid you are, to be honest your biggest concern is that all achievements are going to be marked as offline.

The DLC/XBLA is a non-issue, loads of legit tags have 1 tag for purchasing content and 1 tag for playing

I do the same mate, have been for a couple of years now and no bannings (touch wood!).

The offline achievements thing can't be helped, but I doubt they would ban as who is to say that you don't work away with no internet access and play your games there, then connect to Live every few days when you get home?

Well it made me superstitous lol, seems to have worked so far though there have been a couple of times when FSD has thrown an exception and dumped me back into FSD still signed in, not much I could do but still OK *touches wood again*
