Well I called them today and they said because installation is Monday I have to wait for it to be installed before I cancel. I said surely it would save everyone time if the engineer doesn't come out to install a line that's just going to be cancelled but there was nothing they could do to cancel it.
Do they think that when it's installed I'll think sod it and just keep it? I get the I pressing they definitely won't match bt's price so may end up just going with bt.
