I would have though a £10 web cam would be a better option than Kinect. Seems a bit of overkill.
If you really want to do this there are resources out there such as http://www.kinecthacks.com/guides/in...ms-disclaimer/
But most of the time you would need to develop the software as I don't think anything works "off the shelf" yet.

Cheers, May aswell use it for something . Hardly ever use it on the xbox and plus it can be used as a poker game watcher and referee for and any scrupulous play which has happened in the past
