Well, I have played for an hour or so and am pretty disappointed so far, it looked better on the preview videos I watched - not grabbing me at all atm will have another bash later see if it gets any better.

The multiplayer is supposed to be decent but obv can't try that

I'll be grabbing this for pc when its out. Loved the old Max Payne games and I hope this one is on par with 1 & 2.

Have grabbed this, and the game single player - story is just excellent as are graphics and audio ... Ok so there is a lot of FMV movie clips, but this is only setting the story .. graphics and presentation and gameplay are truly amazing ... Well worth playing ...

I didn't like first game and missed out second game so really surprised by this one at how I am really enjoying it. Still trying to get to grips with controls but have got to level / chapter 6 and the story is really good and loving the different vehicles they are using. Its clear a lot of work has gone into this game. I wonder how many chapters there are in the game but really liking what I am seeing so far.

Completed this game today, have to say great story line. I found some of the graphics to be glitchy especially on the boat in panama canal part of the story. I found the bullet time part of the game to be really good and certainly added a little bit extra to the game play. Overall I would give the game a good 7.5 out of 10. 14 chapters but some appeared to be longer than others but left you wanting to just get past that one bit you get stuck at. I didn't manage to find all the secret parts usually found 2/3 of the parts of the guns but would have no problems in recommending this if you like first person shooters.

What's the multiplayer like ?

@ mug - not played multiplayer so cant comment but I would imagine once it is all unlocked should be really great so of the areas are very good layout for death match type game if it has it.

@Tattooed Freek - I done game over a 3 day sessions and enjoyed every minute of it. Good strategy to adopt and allow for decent volume levels.

I really loved the end game theme music no idea who done it but really good wouldn't mind listening to it again.

Agree completely, at the beginning there is far too much cut scenes but once you get past that annoyance it gets better.

I prefer to buy games but hey each to their own.
