Your web browser is reporting an error on page and it looks like the content of that pane hasn't loaded so the shares may well be there. Can you try another web browser? Chrome works well.
Not sure about Couchpotato. What's your retention set to? Is your Sab host set as localhost:2708 (or whatever your port is) with the correct API key, username and password? Equally are your provider details correct? There is a link at the top to view the Log, that may help. Did you try to manually search for the films?
interestings - a few things have now happened.
Captain america has downloaded - but it hasnt moved to my media/movies folder.
i then updated couch to the latest version
battle ship then snathced - but not to be seen in sab.
Tried adding another film, and it went to snatched but not in sab
log is complaining about download directories but its not even getting into Sab!

In my settings, renaming panel in Couchpotato I have downloads/Movies as my Sab folder and media/Movies as the destination. Are yours both the same?
If you browse to downloads/Movies you will probs find Captain America.

In Couchpotato my category is 'movies', in Sab for movies the folder/path is '/downloads/Movies'.
/c/ is root and you shouldn't have to put that in your paths so remove that for starters, then make the changes in this post and my last post and they should start moving bits to the correct paths. The output path (destination) can be media/Videos/Movies if you wish.
ok, made the changes above and tried downloading a file. didnt go into sab before due to newzbin login details but got that sorted now.
problem i have now is that the file it tried to download didnt complete and instead went in the incomplete folder. how to i get access to that so i can delete it, or try to get the pars again?

You need to browse to a hidden folder \c\.sabnzbd then you will see the sab files and folders. Be careful not to change anything other than the downloads.
how do i browse to that folder? i connect to my nas via readynas remote?
if i type in the ip in a browser, and log in as admin i have no visuble shares

You need to do it in windows explorer using the hostname or map the root (/c/) as a network drive then change the address in windows explorer to F:\.sabnzbd (assuming root is mapped to F.
i mapped the nas onto my pc at the weekend - problem was that windows stored a non admin account on the pc, hence why i couldnt see the c drive. got it working, but foolishly deleted the files in the sab downlaods folder because i thought the files would have been copied to the /media folder - turns out it is some sort of symbolic link. deleted the files in the completed folder, and the files deleted from everywhere!
went into sickbeard this morning and grabbing the stuff again - unfortunately the shows directory structure has all been deleted, so im hoping sick is clevel enough to create them again.
