Frank's still a decent player. Especially for the bench. A lot of people expect him to score goals for England like he does for Chelsea, and he would, if he was playing that role. But when he's played for England he holds and keeps the shape of the team. He is far better defensively than Gareth Barry, and his contribution is completely under rated.
