Smoking some ribs!

Can a mod plz move this to the food forum (used tapatalk and couldn't post in there without post icon).

I'm hosting a birthday BBQ and the ribs are in the weber smokey mountain .. Should be ready around 16:30. Mmmmm!

All trimmed and ready for some naughty rubbing action.

Rubbed and ready. Rolled to fit five on each layer of the WSM

Cooking away. Got a pitmaster device hooked up which keeps it at a specific temperature.
Threw in a chunk of oak and cherry wood for the smoke.

Got another 4 racks going in to cook at 5:30pm as well.
