Nissan Micra Haynes Model (2002 1.0 model)

Quick request.

Now that I am back in the UK my trusty old Nissan Micra has been handed back to me. 20k extra on the clock since the last time I drove it and a few things have gone wrong, like no heating fan unless it is set to max.

I was hoping someone could send me a link for a Haynes manual please.

No heating fan till max - most cars have a resistor pack somewhere and often the settings for 1/2 fail only leaving full speed.

Been hunting high and low for it for the past hour and I think I've found an english version, (found a german and polish version!) but it's on the shittiest server I've ever downloaded from (186Mb in an hour FFS!)

For clarification, it's the K11C (Older shape with the Face-lift?)

This is what the license plate comes up with on an insurance quote:

NISSAN MICRA 2001-2001 Petrol 1.0L Manual 3 doors VIBE

But the car above looks right.

I used the have that model of micra, had same problem and it was the resistor, it's located under the glove compartment and can.be removed with a Philips screwdriver. I got a replacement from the scrapyard for a fiver and they can be got off eBay for about a Tenner.

Yea been looking on the bay and they are floating around the 15 quid mark.

There are a few other things wrong with the car that I would like to attempt to fix myself.

Did you have any luck with getting hold of an English version for the K11? I've looked everywhere but not managed to find it. Have got a proper haynes manual somewhere but can't find it at the moment. Going to have a good look for it this week. If you still need it (and I can find it) I will scan it for you. If you have managed to get a pdf version I wouldn't mind a copy. (">
