      Help Stuck in docking mode

      Daughter has an i pad2 stuck in docking mode although never been in a dock any advice please apple wont fix under warrenty cos scuff marks on corners they insist its been dropped (hasnt been dropped)and want over £100 to fix cnuts ive tried plugging earphones in then charger but no joy thanks

      cant you boot into safe mode and do a reinstall of the OS?

      Not tried from what i get off google it happens a lot think its to do with jack/mains outlet will try if all else fails ta goose
