Default Bypassing the 32GB memory limit on 2008 R2 standard server?

OK does anyone know of a way to bypass the 32GB limit on memory in a x64 instalation of 2008 R2 standard server?

Playing with Hyper V for easy backups and setting up a terminal server ( I know its name is somthing else now) for 18 users and an exchange and database server that needs a minumum of 16GB, I usually look for about 1GB per user on terminal services for nice quick performance so want/need to put more memory in but server standard only allows up to 32GB.

I know I can bypass the 4Gb limit in windows 7 on an x86 system I was wondering if the same is possible. Im not too bothered about the licence thing it is a test bed for a future system I just want to see if performance is aceptable on a server I have with standard and a similar spec in for configuration before shipping out.

Why not set up enterprise/datacentre in trial mode and load your vm's in there? Or do you mean you need more than 32Gb for one VM itself?

Also I messed with hyper-v for a bit as knowing a bit about windows helps, but after having a play I'm really won over by ESXi, however they have put limits on the latest version ESXi 5 which caps you at I think 32Gb.

I was looking at 48gb in the server and splitting it 2gb host, 16gb 2008 with the database and the rest for TS I have 2008std installed already and want to play tomorrow as I wont have the server long

The only way is to upgrade to Enterprise I'm afraid.
