I got a set of 2 batteries + charger for my phone off ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2308004331...84.m1497.l2649
Ordered on 7/6 and arrived last sat 23/6.
Charged them up to find they are not correct for my phone - batteries are completely wrong size.
I've messaged the seller and told him they are wrong and given the correct part numbers and he says he will send foc replacements.
However my 21 days to raise a dispute expires tonight.
I'm thinking I may as well bite the bullet and see what happens - reason being if I raise a dispute the seller may decide not send replacements until ebay have told me to send the originals back to china, fuck knows how much recorded delivery would be, probably more than the £7 I would be out of pocket.
Before anyone wonders why be such a cry baby over £7, if I've lost it I can come to terms with that, but basically I'm wondering if there is any watertight method for me to get my replacements without paying anything extra.
