    Advice Sky HD Handsets

Just been PM'ed asking about a SkyHD handset purchased off Ebay and looking at the pics the DF member sent me I can see its a fake/copy so find below pictures of a original SkyHD handset so buyers can compare.

    Attachment 25517Attachment 25521Attachment 25522Attachment 25523Attachment 25524Attachment 25518Attachment 25519Attachment 25520

If you look at the 5th pic an original SkyHD handset will jave printed around the lens the words "Manufactured by Uneversal Electronics BV".

So buyer beware and if you have any questions Sky related just ask and I'll try my very best to help answer it.

    Regards

Can I ask a none remote related issue.

When I go into my TV Guide and scroll to a channel, I then select that channel, and it plays in Mini TV. How the problem lies when ever I either press SKY to go to the channel or Back Up a few times, I'm greeted by a black screen with no audio or image for around 4-5 seconds then the channel comes on.

Happens every time, I'm on single feed shared Sky with a HD box from 2011 in an apartment.

Is it on single mode feed (setting on box) and is it connected via HDMI or scart?

No m8 it looks like everything is fair game, I saw a program ages ago about eggs being faked in china eggs ffs!, and it wasn't for them to sell to us or another country, but to sell to their own people its unbelievable
