Hi guys,
I've finally built my new computer but I'm still having issues with my LG drives...
So what brand / model should I invest in? I think my DVD drive is fine but my blue ray drive is knackard.
Pioneer still the best?

The best Blu-Ray drives are supposedly made by Sony, they created Blu-Ray tech along side Philips.
I swear by Pioneer or Liteon for build quality as I'm not a fan of Sony products, not to say Sony are crap by any means...
They are just... well... Sony.
My Pioneer BluRay is almost 4 years old and has never skipped a beat.
Absolutely no coasters, unless it was my own fault!

Thanks mate, I'll try and get them working but if I can't I'll buy new.

I had a Sony one which was spot on but I am with Hill in the fact that I wouldnt specifically go out and buy Sony.
Is it worth going multi layer?
