So you have to be a member of facefuck ?

It sounds a good spin, just cannot bring myself to social face spunk as I like my dirty laundry In the basket and not on the net.

Send a message to the buyer asking in which way the item was not as described.

I'm thinking you should be able to do something, but ebay/paypal seem to think the work outside the law and they actually seem to get away with it.

Ebay may give you your postage back. I sold a steelbook last week and the guy sent it back saying it had a dint in it. When i got it back he drew on the cellophane pointing to a crease that was actually in the plastic. I rang ebay and they were really supportive. They even took a fiver off this months fees to compensate my postage which was only £3.50. Give it a whirl.

I phoned them m8 to see where I stand. They told me because she sent it back that I should refund her. I asked what would happen if I didn't, eBay said the case would escalate and they would make the final decision. Which eBay said would probably go in her favour!!

Did you explain that you are out of pocket with the postage to no fault of your own?

Yes m8. The woman couldn't give a shit.

EBay has emailed me a satisfaction survey! I let them know in no uncertain tearms how I feel. Won't make any difference, but made me feel better!

i would make a video put it on youtube showing it working and link to the advert for the sale ask her point out where it does not meet the description blah blah, i had this before and atl east ebay ruled in favour of me in respect to carriage costs when i refunded the seller so in your case £15. also worth on future sales to put about restocking fees for items found not faulty even if you are a private seller.

TBH I only use the bay to buy now, hardly ever sell as they are proper crooks the seller rights is way over the top
