Another show I got into late, only 6 months ago, had to have a go at watching season 1 Eps 1-3 three times before I got into it. Strange really, but any fucks, Season 3 isn't far away.

Another thread, sorry Mods, mainly to remind me as I watch so many, but also to share the fact that Nucky is the weirdest, loveable, ill-fitting gangster I've watched, but it works.


Anyway, September 29th this starts again, after season 2's cliff hanger, I can't wait.

Very interested to see how this goes, they were very bold killing off one of the best characters. Still it has worked for Game of Thrones!

I hope your not referring to Sean bean - he couldnt act his way out of a paper bag :-) only really got into game of thrones once they lobbed his head off . looking forward to this - boardwalk has been solid entertainment if not quite hitting the highs as often as breaking bad

Nucky has been a very unlikely gangster so far. Killing Jimmy was apparently the start of Nucky trying his gangster boots on for size. Cant wait for this to come along

Surprised not to see this thread updated, this season has been amazing so far IMO, far more action and sopranoesque scenes. Anyone else been watching??

I'm coming to the end of season 2, really enjoyed it up to now. I expected more out of Al Capone, maybe his character will begin to shine in season 3.
Great show but you have to stick to it if you are a first time viewer
