So turns out, this was the lowest I got. In September 15 I moved from Manchester to down south. It's fair to say the travel most weekends and the touring of pubs has done it's damage.
I rejoined SW last week, at an eye watering 23.13lbs! So that's 4 stone on in a year, that's some going. So operation slimming to get rid of the 4 stone again!
First weigh in this week, 6.5lbs down. On we go again, aiming for 2 stone by Christmas, and then the other 2 stone by the end of Feb 17!

Guns don't kill people rappers do, I'm a fucking rapper and I might kill you.
Thank you mate, I will get back to where I was. I just wish I had the ability to say to myself, this is how we continue! I think because I set myself a target, I felt like I'd done it, and just went wild. Drinking out 5-6 nights a week, eating out 3-4 nights a week certainly had it effect.
I will get that 4 stone gone, and I will get to where I really want to be, 16 stone. Last time I was that weight, I was happy with how I looked etc. Lets do this!
Half pound off this week. Warranted considering I fucking went wild on Saturday. Kebab. About 6 links and about ten gins.

Fucking hell this is hard isn't it?
Up and down, up and down!
So as my progress shows, I first recorded weight on 17th August 2012 at 24st 8lbs.
I lot a few stone, felt great, and then over the last 18 months put it all back on, and some, resulting in my heaviest weight in I can recall, in Jan 2017, at 24st 11.5lbs. I was sickened by this, knowing that in Aug 15 I was 19st 13.5, the lowest I'd been in a LONG time.
So 5 weeks later, I'm down to 23st 4.5lbs, 1.5st lost. I'm committed to getting back to 19st 13.5, as the point I last reached in the thread. from there, I'll push on until I feel comfortable.
Still loosing, down to 22 13lbs after 2lbs loss this week.
Starting Weight : 24st 11.5lbs
Current Weight: 22st 13lbs
Weight loss: 1 st 12.5 lbs.
I had hoped for 3.5 loss this week, to reach my 2 stone mini target I wanted, but it wasn't to be.
We push forwards and let's see where we are next Wednesday
10/5/17 - 22.6lbs
Weighing in again on 17/05, hoping for the 2.5 stone, 1.5 lbs needed to get that.
You yo-yo a lot. You've probably heard this before, but the only real way to lose weight and keep it off is permanent lifestyle change. Diets are a waste of time for the majority. This is tough love, but if you can't commit to a lifetime of no more burgers, pies, chips, cake and booze, you are wasting your time.
And the biggest lie of them all is 'everything is fine in moderation.'. It isn't, we've been conditioned for 200,000 years as a species to eat more calories than we need when they are available. That was useful when we lived as hunter gatherers, but it's fucking useless when you have a Tesco down the street selling dirt cheap, calorie rich junk.
Overcoming hard wired instincts isn't easy, but if you focus on long term change, rather than a short term fix, you'll have a better chance of living longer.

You're bang on, for me, it's the ale, if I was serious about losing weight and getting in shape, I'd stop drinking altogether.
I'm really not at the stage where I can/want/will/ commit to that.
