I had two weeks away from weighing in, and went back for a 2.5 lbs loss, which I was made up with. This last week I've just done 3 days in Krakow on the ale, but food was OK, and been really strict since I got back, so weighing in tonight.

To my surprise another 2.5lbs off last week. Wed-Wed, after 3 days on the ale as well.
Down to 20.6 now, so 2lbs away from the 4 stone. Having a really good week this week, so hopefully be able to get that come Wednesday!
Good work mate, creepy that was my weigh-in weight two weeks ago then lost the 7.5 and been super good so far this week so hoping that Monday will see another good week, fingers crossed for another 3-4 off , my target is 18 by Sept and then continue from there [emoji106]🏼

Have you tried many of the Iceland bought meals they offer? I like them all, although the Thai Chicken Burgers are a little weird.
I've got a party on Saturday night, but no food and I will drink Vodka only, and a christening on Sunday where I won't drink, so well within my syns for the week, hoping for another 2 next week.
Bought a few of the meals as had vouchers but not tried them yet, tried the sausages bit cardboardy probably same texture as chicken burgers ! Vodka and diet iron bru is my choice when nip to local later [emoji482]
Yup the frozen meals are much better. Sausages etc are all OK if you cover them in beans! haha
Another 4 off this week so that's a stone in 3 weeks [emoji106]🏼 pretty chuffed with that but few stone to go

I put on 2.5 last week, Wed to Wed, but that was to be expected.
Had a solid week this week, no booze, nothing of any real danger, lots of veg and greens with every meal. Weigh in tomorrow, be very disappointed if I don't lose the 2.5 I put on.
Are you on MyFitnessPal for anything? I don't use diary management on it, but I do use it as a weight tracker.
5lbs off this week, made up with that.

Looking at MyFitnessPal, it's a year to the day tomorrow since I started logging my weight, and whilst I've only been doing SW since mid Jan, myfitnesspal shows a total of 4stone 5lbs lost in 12 months. Pretty chuffed with that.
Tried hard as fuck to get back this week, after weigh in last Wednesday I went on a 15 hours bender as my friend had returned to the UK. Probably 12-13 pints, 5-6 Gin & Tonics and a few shots of Sambucca and Jaeger.
I've also had 3 beers and 4 Vodka Diet Cokes on Saturday night, along with a few slices of pizza and a cake!
So not expecting a loss this week at all, will be pissed if it's more than 2lbs on, as my food has been brilliant all the other times.
Time will tell, tomorrow!
Two funerals last week and then two days recovery with not sticking to plans meant 3 Chinese meals, 20-25 pints and a Mac d whooops so put a 1lb on, focused this week so should loose the 1 and few more on top

Down to 19.13lbs. I've never been under 20 for as long as I can remember!

3.5 on this week.
Not unexpected to be honest, had a OK week food wise, but pretty much everyday I've had some for of cake, or pudding mixed with two sessions on the beer. Throw in a meze and copious amounts of bulmers and pitta break then I'm not too shocked! Nothing on this week should easily shift that over next 7 days.
another 1lb on this week but been pretty good since monday , if keep on track should lose that last 2 weeks 2lb gain and hopefully a little more,
its my sweet tooth thats been tempting this week and last weekend NEED CHOCCY

I always say it's good to have a few times you put on, makes you realise what you can get away with eating etc, that's half of the battle being aware of what you're eating.
I'd been strict from Monday also, with no Syns or Carbs, so god knows what I must have put on!
I've got a Poker night Saturday and the plan is a BBQ, going to feel a right cunt turning up with my own chicken and burgers, sipping G&T!
On a plus side, I've bought a 900G black label pan handle Rib Steak for Friday! That may take some digesting!
1.5 off this week, so 2 more needed to get rid of the 3.5 I put on!
A tad disappointed in that to be honest, I'd been superb from Monday to Wednesday last week, and then from Wed to Saturday, where I had a 70cl bottle of Gin, half bottle of vodka all with low cal tonic, a small burger and that was it. Then back on it again from Sunday till Wednesday. So expected a little more for my efforts.
So we go again, changing things up this week, and swapping my fish/veg or chicken and veg meals up for some speed soups homemade (load of veg blended up etc) and see how we get on.
I discovered a beautiful quick recipe for a soup that tastes amazing!
1 x tin tomatoes
1 x tin baked beans
1 x tin carrots (drained)
1 x large pickled onion
Place in a pan and add some chicken stock and heat up to serve.
Tastes just like Tomato soup - no joke!

one off this week so another one will take me back to the stone off after 3 weeks im in week 7 now, and had a choc binge last night so need to get back in it till monday if want to remain a loss by then
