SShing to iPad

Just got 3 ipads for the kids and have them jailbroken. I'm struggling to put the ipa's from the pc to the ipads.

when i had my 3gs i would easily use winscp to transfer them to a specific directory and then they would be ready to use.

Can anyone direct me to the location?

Nice and easy way: put them in the installous downloads folder, open installous and you can choose to install from there.

tried doing that.... var/mobile/documents/installous but didnt seem to pick it up.

anyway managed to d/l comic zeal on installous and managed to get it sorted
