I'm after a 10" tablet

Hi

As the title says I'm after roughly a 10" tablet, I'd like it to be quick without paying silly Samsung Note 10.1" £350+ money (might as well have an iPad surely...)

So there isn't any news on the Nexus 10 yet and Amazon have fucked the UK over again as we aren't getting the 8.9" Fire HD.

I'm not well versed with the Chinese tablets but I've heard good things about the Ainol models but can't see a 10", does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations please?

Asked the same question myself but didn't get a response. Just bought a Samsung tab 2 for £300 but £50 back from Samsung

When I'm reading magazines on my iPad I do something think than an extra inch (8.9 to 10) would make the text a tad bit easier to read. Some have moved to tablet friendly proportions, but the straight conversions do sometimes require some zooming or clicking on the text only button. The same with PDFs, 10" would be the ideal size for reading A4 pages on a tablet.

I have just ordered a ployer-momo11 bird from amazon seller GTR Electronics in Scotland. It's a 9.7" Android and seems to have good reviews. I'll let you know when I've got it. (£150 btw)

i had 10.1 hannspad i paid about 150, had some good roms on it with good gaming but i got bored with it & sold it, i just got a dell streak 7 inch for £80 refurb on honycomb 3.2 & new roms out for it too.
should be here monday.

Hi there - get the Motorola Xoom - I got one last xmas - at the time it came with honeycomb but they have since released an update to ICS for it and I did that and seems a lot better for it. There is a Motorola Xoom 2 but it is only 7 inch so you might just get the first model on ebay for cheaper than Amazon. HTH. Also as Motorola has been bought by Google - it has 'some' support. The voice activated Google Navigation is pretty cool. I got the WiFi only model and its fine.

Flash Jellybean on it. The transformation from honeycomb to ICS was good but ICS to jellybean speeds things up again.
