    Default Finding Bass Tuition Materials

A few years back I was learning bass guitar and had a tutor come out each week. He used to bring materials from a book like the one shown below - but never the book itself.

I had to stop due to work/baby commitments, another baby on the way but no travelling with work so picking it up again. I'd love to have the rest of the materials from this book - I have the backing tracks that go with it ... does anyone recognise it or where I could get it?

I have the "Blues" pages but nothing else ... there are backing tracks for Rock, Pop and Disco. I think working through these would be great for helping me learn.

    Thanks, Chris.

The reason I was hoping to get the exact ones are the backing tracks are spot on - they play through once with bass and then again without.

I asked here as I know some people play/teach guitar and bass. I will try the local music shop right enough.

No chance of asking the old tutor what ones they used?

Grab yourself some books from here, I use it for both Guitar and Bass tuition http://www.rockschool.co.uk/2012syllabus/

PS, NOT just Rock but a really broad church of genre. .

Unfortunately I've had no joy contacting him by phone or email, I even tried searching Facebook for him without any success.

Thanks for that blaggard, I trust your advice. Although I'm not interested in reaching a grade as such, or performing any exams do you think that these books would still be a good path for learning?

I've found this one on Amazon, can be had for about £11 - http://amzn.to/Rbz2U6

    Thanks to Brydo666
