It seems like this has dropped off recently and now I'm not hosting any of the Digital-Forums users.

I offer 2gig space 50gb bandwidth accounts.

Had a quick look and saw the word "webscripts", but does this support PHP/MySQL?

Could I use this for mix hosting? Each mix is an mp3 approx 160mb in size. I would put a link on my website saying who the webspace is provided by.

rikman, PHP and MySQL are both fully supported.

Djoverdose, you could host the website and the files on the webspace, but just hosting the files themselves would not be allowed. In addition to this you'd only be able to store about 12 songs.

I am interested - I'm thinking of setting up a company website soon for myself.

Also are multiple domains allowed? (a mate of mine who is a dj has been asking me about setting up a site for him and I'm thinking both and his would be less than 2gb but please say if you think this is taking the piss).

Over Carl you could sign up for two different accounts, that wouldn't be a problem.

The free accounts also come with 3 addon domains so you can technically use the same account to host two different websites. However I'd advise against this as if you ever need to install an SSL Certificate you'll have to separate out the two sites etc.

I have 3 domains, would I be able to use all 3 from one account control panel, or would I need to sign up to 3 seperate accounts?
Would me having 3 seperate accounts be taking the piss, if that was the case?

Rikman, as long as the domains are for three separate business' then it'd be fine to setup 3 accounts.

I see, so could I just put up a site with a single index page, and then upload files? What methods do they use for uploading files/sites? Are there any adverts or pop ups with it? I'm not after storing more than 12 mixes at a time, as a new one goes up, I would take down old ones etc. Is there not any restirctions on files uploaded? Like I said a mix can be 160mb.

The hosting isn't for file hosting, so if you were to do that you'd end up having the site deleted.

It sounds like you require more file hosting than actual website hosting.

Sorry I completely forgot about this, few more questions just to clarify...

1) Does the hosted site have to be complete and "live", or could it be used to host while a site is being developed?
2) Do I have to be a proper business, registered as such etc to use this offer?

Basically I just want some free space with PHP/MySQL to use as I like (whether Live/Development), but I'm not sure if that is allowed from what you have said.
