A little Streaming Advise Please!!!

Just been approached by Felixstowe TV (my local TV service) to host their site and services e.t.c prolly cos I know the lady that has just taken over running it.
Anyway they are relaunching and want to use me for hosting the site and if possible for the streaming off all the vids e.t.c

They currently have a 24hr live stream pointed at Felixstowe beach (dunno why) plus will have about 1-2 hours a morning live stream and then archives.

Anyone got any idea how I would go about this???
Done web hosting for years but never offered or even looked at the streaming side of things.

Need more information. Are the live streams hosted on their website?

The are revamping it at the mo and want to move it all to me.....
I dont see them needing much bandwidth TBH... its a very small town LOL
My current server is descent spec over 2TB storage and unlimited bandwidth... if I use more than something like 20TB its limited to 10mb up but I can choose to pay more e.t.c
I just dont know much about streaming if I need specialist software on the server e.t.c
