Drive two NC04 LXG Sue Trepak of Hanwell, has pleaded NOT GUILITY even on view the video. The court case has been delay until sep 2012 due to the court has not the facility to play the video format (.MOV).

That makes no sense to me what so ever, as at my company we'd have accepted liability on both parts.

Driver 1 would be at fault for any potential injury and a split of the cost towards a new bike, Driver 2 would be at fault for 95% of the cost of the bike with no injury.

As for the court not being able to play the format?

The court would have to have arranged to securely extract it as an exhibit, not playing it from youtube via their laptops ffs.

There are twats like her driving all over the place, not looking at roundabouts, junctions etc and in the last 2 weeks I've had about 6 of these where if it wasn't for me slamming on / swerving then I would have been in a bump.

1 of them an old bastard almost reversed straight into me while I was parked in a bay at a supermarket.
It was only cos I was lazy and waited in the car that I was able to beep and stop him, otherwise I'd have come back to my bumper hanging off no doubt.

I am in a place that has a lot of old people at the moment, so I put it down to that but still....common sense ffs and if you can't do basic things like use your rear view mirror, or not drive on the kerbs (like the video) then you shouldn't be driving.
