I manage to rip using a plugin with Firefox - not sure what's called as not currently on that machine

I gave up trying - closest I got was a video downloader add on for firefox - it grabbed the video, but didn't have the head I created in it - don't know if it grabbed the default video before the heads are super imposed or if it was someone elses - just wasn't the one I made

Just download a screen recorder like my screen recorder pro, beepa fraps, or Debut Video Capture. Then you just drg a box around the area you want to record and it picks up the audio too. Select avi wmv mp4 etc and save it somewhere. upload it to you tube or something and Bobs your aunty!

1 - I want to rip it so I can show it to family members who don't use the internet - and pass it on by phone etc. - It's only a quick bit of piss taking and if it have been 99p or so I'd have paid it - not paying 4.99 for it though.
2 - I tried GetFLV - the trial version only rips 50% of the video - and it couldn't even do that correctly, same problem with different faces in it

Not exactly heavy protection, it just messes with the video serial number so that downloaders grab someone elses video, maybe the last one made.

I use this plugin and when I tried it it downloaded someone elses video as well. I'll try again but you might have to mess about with links to download the right file.

Right ignore that.

From what I can tell you cannot download the videos. At all.

It seems that the photos are imposed on the video to reduce space on their server. So basically there is one "movie" and the website just adds the photos over the top whenever you click the link to watch the movie. Therefore unless you actually "record" the screen as the movie plays you cannot just rip it in the way you think. Its also why downloaders either can't find a movie or only download the same one with the bloke with the eyes and teeth... and the cross markers where photos are overlayed.

(NB The one sanj downloaded is the template, and probably the same one everyone downloaded...)

Also says this when you try and download when it asks you to pay $4.99 - "Personalized download rendered on demand"

I had to do this once for a mate and I'm sure I used camtasia studio to do it..just selected around the video and recorded..almost sure I did it that way..

Aimersoft Video Converter Ultimate works.
In Chrome, the site mutes the audio. Firefox and IE are OK but the resulting video has slowed audio/video for the first ten seconds or so.
Annoying but not un-fixable.
