Im getting a new Iphone 5 next week on my works contract and they are letting me keep the iphone 4.
Its on Vodaphone - my question is can I use the boys PAYG vodaphone sim in it so he can use the handset?

Yes you can use any voda sim in there and if it was on voda contract they should allow you to unlock it for free, if they don't do it for free it will cost £20

Ive just sent an unlock request as its still on contract until 10th Dec.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I have a similar problem. Just bought an iPhone 4S for my wife but it's locked on Orange. Is there a way to get it unlocked - I am clueless she is on O2/Giffgaff at the moment.
What if the Hokey Cokey "IS" what it's all about?
