A pal of mine asked me to throw this out there as much as possible and I think it's a cracking idea. Daring as fuck and I thought he was messing me about in the pub.

Apparently not. It's actually happening.
He's on Just Giving offering support to Sue Ryder and St John's Hospice for his own reasons.
He's not the fittest of people and I see it as quite a feat.

He's really struggling for exposure for this.

Anyone got any ideas where it can be put to generate more interest/sponsors? Facebook has it in its dark corners, but getting it out there is tough.

Perhaps he should have taken a picture of himself in the mirror with his old boy hanging out, made it look like an accident and posted it to Facebook!

Sunday is the D-Day for the Ben Nevis in My Pants Charity Event for Sue Ryder. Nobody is taking my challenge seriously, and I'm really struggling to raise an amount of cash that befits the magnitude of the challenge itself. Currently the total raised is £667.

I have an advert in the racecard at Towcester racecourse on Sunday with my text number on it and should the amount raised not reach at least £1500 then the event will be cancelled, refunds issued and I will personally give the hospice £1500, whilst embarking on further fundraising activites.

This decision has been taken due to the fact that whilst the total raised stands at £667, the charity event at Towcester is going to end up costing me personally nearly £500, following the drop out of 22 people having already confirmed that they would go.

In addition to this the cost of flights and hotels to the Ben Nevis region would mean that I would have spent more than I had raised. If you want to donate, you still can by visiting

I did the 3peaks a year ago and Ben was fucking freezing. I had to take my gloves off to take a picture when at the top and my fingers nearly froze solid, fuck having your todger only protected by a pair of pants up there!

Only one sort of exposure coming his way, mate. If they allow him I can't see him managing it in only his kecks. Maybe people just think it's too daft an idea to happen.

I agree, it's gonna be freezing and a mega challenge, but that's the point. No-ones tried before.
