Anyone suffering or suffered with this?How to keep hydrated when ya can't keep anything down? This bug is fuckin horrible stomach pains are extremely painful bang goes my new year!

Just water. Its the nastiest thing i have ever had. Coming out of both ends at the same time is something i will never forget.

Only for about 3 months. I have had it twice.

You just can't rehydrate until you stop puking THEN Dioralyte, if you have been puking for so long that it is an issue (1-3 days?) then you should be in Hospital on a drip. Noro doesn't do this unless you get some complications so just ride it out, keep trying small amounts of water, just stopping makes it difficult to know when it is OK to start again.

I got it on a cruise in Australia/New Zealand this December. The boat gave us anti nausea pills and an injection in the arse (which gave me a dead arse for about a week!). This made me (and the GF) recover within 36 hours.

Salty soup is a good one after you have stopped the flow!

Cheers guys puking has eased off mostly now so hopefully this should be the last day of it. Agreed SiE one of the worst things I've ever had wouldn't wish it on anyone. Yuk!

when the kids had it, because they'd gulp water and make them sick again, I gave them an ice cube to suck about every hour, they seemed to keep it down better because of the small amount. when they were keeping it down for few hours i'd progress to a small glass of water.

Not very nice at all, i seemed to escape the sickness but had a dose of yellow bum fever for over a week. (if you get it you'll know what i mean)

Had it a few years ago at this time , it's fucking horrendous you feel like your dying.

luckily it only lasted 24 hours
