what to look for in a cross trainer?
im looking to buy a cross trainer on my Very account, as they offer a decent buy now, pay over 3 months scheme.

Hi mate.
This is a newer version of the one I have. Have to say I've had it for about 6 years and it's still going strong (I bought it refurbished as well cost about £450) other than some oiling of squeaky joints it's not needed any input from me. The main things I think are how smooth it is and getting the right stride length - I think the stride length on mine is slightly short. Good size foot plates are essential - the ones on mine are a bit tight and I have to adjust my feet regularly
Weirdly the other thing I'd look for is a drinks holder...go figure!
How about a positive LSD story? Would you like to see a positive LSD story on the news to hear what's it all about, perhaps? Wouldn't that be interesting just once?
