Skybox f3 two inputs

Hi I have cancelled my s*y subscription and got my new skybox f3 but when I took my old box out there are two cables marked dish input 1&2
Do the two cables go into the line in and loop sockets on the F3

i would of thought you would only use one of the sat cables, put it in the line in. Unless the box has a dual tuner which i dont think it has, your old sky box has two inputs so it can record two different things at once but the f3 only has one so you can only record what you are watching.

The top is for your dish connection and the bottom is to loop to another room for another satbox without having to go to the dish
