I've been using this since I rejoined the Apple crowd with the iPhone 5 release, prefer it over itunes and you don't get any aggro/ballache.

Just drag your stuff and click update -> Done

Dunno if it works with fiddled apps but I just dragged my legit Kindle.ipa file to it and it synced it fine so gonna say yes.

Wish I had this yesterday, backed up using ITunes upgraded to IOS 6.1 restored using ITunes lost all music

A great program, works on all ipods upto 6th gen but not currently the 7th gen.

Not sure which phones it works up to.

I tried Copytrans but found Syncios (which is free) better. Does apps, music etc. Easy to use and you can use it from any pc. So very handy if I want to add some apps or music at my work or at a mates house. No problem adding ipas if you have appsync on your Jaibroken phone aswell

Cheers for that bub - wuill have a look at that see if it works with the 7th gen nano. Tried copytrans for my bro in law and wouldnt work so hopefully this will.
