Hi Guys

Anyone able to help with layout formula for the below
Need a simple way of breaking sales volume targets down from a team target to individual level.

Example
So would need to be able to enter target i guess and then break down to indivdual per hours worked and also taking account of team size ( maybe total hours )?
full time employee being 37.5 hour, but various hours worked, I Would need spreadsheet to take account of this when entering in employee hours would prefer to enter as decimal, i.e 40 hours being 1.07, 20 hours being 0.5.

Im not great in excel but ahve been given the above as a challenge.

Thats the thing PMG.

Only needs a slight tweak as need to add up to 18 employee's. Guess i Can just drag formula's and adjust total hours formula for new cells?#
