ebay dispute help

Hi, i sold an iphone on ebay that was faulty, the buyer paid after listing finished, i then posted item and got email request to cancel, now he has had the funds held by paypal, i listed and stated that the phone fault has no service and as spares and repairs no returns or refunds sold as seen. But he has said its not as described. Will i have to give him a refund? If not how do i get the funds back, never had this sort of problem before.

The problem you have is that Ebay are a bunch of twats who almost always side with the buyer, even if you can show that the buyer is in the wrong. You can try and put your case across to Ebay and making it clear that the item is as advertised. You never know you may be lucky. I wouldn't hold out much hope though. (">

Don't forget to pay for the postage and packing back.

Tell the buyer that when you get it back you will be checking the invisible markings that you have put on them. Might scare him off if he trying it on!!
