I was the same as that it didn't appeal to me at all but then after watching a couple of episodes I was hooked, its easily the show I most look forward to watching when breaking bad isn't on.

IMO well worth watching, the third series has been the best for me upto now... Ive not got much to watch on the series front at the mo so will be gutted when this ends.

Yeah its a good show mate, 1st series is very good, 1st half of the 2nd season is a bit shit but serves its purpose, 2nd half of season 2 is much better and series 3 has really gone all out so far, really enjoying it

Watched series 1 & 2 and now im uptodate with series 3. Great show imo. Well worth a watch.

Did a bit dint it.... episode didnt quite go as I expected..

thought the prison mob would get alerted somehow guess thats for next episode (never read the comics so take each episode as it comes)

The past 3 episodes feel like fillers to me, I don't know the comic books so no idea what is coming but they seem like a total waste of time. This weeks was the best of the three though.

They're definitely heading towards more of a longer story of the characters and their life together. I wonder how they survive - hardly any supply runs or scenes with attacking zombies in these days. You could forget the living dead are the actual premise sometimes.
The Governor didn't last this long in the comics. The whole Woodbury/prison thing is boring the fuck out of me.
A dirty look from Michonne, a told you so from Merle, a grope with Maggie and Glenn and a tale of wisdom from Hershel. Rinse and repeat.

Thanks for the heads-up on that. I ended up doing the same thing - that proper dragged on.

Eating my words a bit here, this was a decent enough episode.

yup. episide 13 sucked. sucked greatly. i agree u need scene setting, story telling and character building. but damn it was an hour i can easily forget about. i hope episode 14 is better which im now about to watch if i dnt fall asleep ffirst.

but my experience in these next-to-epic tv series is that the teaser for the new ep is probably exagerated and will just be now prepping for war.... a whole hour of prepping for war....

I loved the latest episode. Thought the warehouse scene was awesome. Proper suspense, which I've not seen much of recently.

To be honest, I'm not sure how much further they can take the stories before they start covering old ground again though. As with any Zombie flicks, characters have to die, how long before the original cast are all gone? Or before they're just introducing characters to kill them off a little later? I hope they kill it off before they're just regurgitating storylines
