I generally use an onion base sauce, and will replace 1 tin of toms for 300ml of base next time I make this, but all in all, its not a bad dish.
does murgh not mean chicken?
I can order a beer in 5 languages, my use of the word chicken is limited
I just ate the frozen left overs from this curry and the flavour is 10x what it was originally.
I'm totally blown away by by the fact it tastes so damn good, so close to a BIR and that I cooked it myself.
I'm gonna cook it again this weekend and freeze it before I eat it.
