Mac wont boot up

Hello guys,

I took advantage of the mac update deal thanks malty

now i rebooted my mac and it will not boot (might be coincidence)

All it does it boot to the apple logo screen and the loading thing spins.

I can get to recovery mode and boot in to bootcamp fine but not mac.

I tried a repair and verify no issues.

Is there any terminal commands or anything which can fix the boot sector?

The repair and verify options should do everything, got it backed up?

no doesnt work after doing that also.

I tried safe mode and well that doesnt work.

Am i right that its backs up itself on mountain lion?

Provided you have set up Time Machine, Cloud backup should have saved some data but I think you will have needed to have a hand in this also. . .
Can you see your files from Bootcamp?

I haven't tried viewing files from bootcamp mate just odd that it stopped working after i set parrellels up?

there is only my wedding photos which i want or else i wouldn't be bothered although it would be nice to get it working again

I don't bother with a virtual machine just boot Windows in Bootcamp. . .

Reinstalled the mac osx from recovery and still won't bloody boot? Any idea?

Yet boot camp boots fine

Yeah... zapping the pram is often a lifesaver...

Yeah zapped the pram and nvram.

I've got it working now no idea how. Tried safe mode for the 200 time left it an hour it booted so restarted it in recovery and reinstalled osx (keeps all data) and now working.
