Little background story, I rent a property our this is managed via Reeds Rains, they have instructed repairs on the property via one of their approved contractors the standard of workmanship is shocking, I have only discovered this as the previous tenant has moved out after wrecking the place, seriously the place stank of piss and was disgusting clean up and repairs are well underway.
Anyways I approached Reeds Rains regarding the defective works and basically was told this is not their responsibility, and the contractor that carried out that work is no longer trading, as such I have to follow a complaints procedure. This basically entails writing a letter of complaint to the customer service department, I can see where this is going already as such I was trying to find contact details for a director. The complaints procedure does have an escalation process however the email at the top of the tree is md@reedsrains.com I suspect this will simply go to the same inbox as the original customer service complaint.
Any ideas how I can find contact details?
For entertainment value images of the 'repairs', one of the ceilings was damaged during a repair to the roof the stained ceiling was put up after the bath seals leaked, note water staining on the new ceiling from the resealed bath.....
