Did anyone see rip off Britain with the fake apps that dial premium rate text numbers ? First I've heard of it but as usual the telecom companies are very reluctant to repay anyone back surprise surprise

To be fair, why should they? They are just charging for a call that was made to the premium number. If you left a phone unlocked and a mate thought it would be a laugh to contact these numbers would you expect them to refund?
Goodwill aside, I see no reason why they should.
