'Ratters'

Known as 'Ratters', these online voyeurs use Remote Access Tools (R.A.T.s) to hack into computers and take over the webcams - potentially catching users at intimate moments.

It's been going on for years. I think a school in the US was done a few years back when their IT department put something like sub7 on all the student laptops and were monitoring their webcam sessions.

Electrical tape over the webcam on your laptop will stop them seeing your wanking sessions.

A big giveaway is the bright light that comes on when the webcam is in use.
