Photographing Head!... and some Frozen fruit.

Had an old HDD knocking about so I opened it up to take a few shots. These are mostly all hand held ISO 1600 and higher (last 3 images the exception). Colours on the platter are provided courtesy of the Windows 7 Lock screen

This one is taken at my normal exposure settings of 1/200th, @ F11, ISO 200 and lit with flash at I believe 1/4 power.

I'm loving the first 4 snaps, they look like a nice piece of artwork.

Almost good enough to get me into photography!

Cheers guys . I think I might end up taking a few more whilst the platter is in pristine condition. From different angles of course to vary it. I'll probably take a few similar shots to the ones I've already done, this time with the camera mounted on the tripod so I can use a much lower ISO and get even sharper images.

These were all taken with the 100L of course.
