Cydia crashing

I've got an iPhone 4 ios 6.1 jailbroken but just recently my cydia don't want to open.
Ive ssh the deb file newest and even tried installing through ifile but getting no where fast.

I don't really want to restore and re jailbreak and some say just jailbreak over the top without restoring ?
being careful here can anyone recommend my next move please ?

Should be able to JB again mate, never had a problem doing that before, usually fixes crashes.

Cydia is back but the re jail break process wouldn't complete ? Now iTunes can't read phone although can still use ifunbox etc. any more ideas as don't really want to restore & jailbreak ?

Strange that itunes won't recognise it. You are nearing the point where it is best to backup and restore, but beware 6.1.3 is now out. So does Cydia now work?

Yes a strange one but iTunes does recognise the phone but says cant read the contents if it and advises a restore.
I could always restore to my downloaded 6.1 ipsw and re jail break if worse comes to it. Other than that cydia now works. How crazy iPhones are !!

I lost track of which devices and iOS versions can use SHSH blobs to selectively downgrade, I know I can't on my iPhone 5 or iPad 3
