Sifi / romance adventure flick set on Earth where human bodies have been taken over by aliens and only a few real people remain.

It follows a young girl searching for her family who is captured early on in the film and inhabited by a member of the alien race. Unusually this girl is able to resist total takeover of her body by fighting it off in her mind which creates a interesting double monologue throughout the film of the alien talking to the girl inside her head.

When she finally finds her family hiding in the mountains they find it had to accept her back into the group at first as several of them try to kill her.

A variety of interesting human and alien emotions are shown throughout this film. Some make you think.

The split personality is used to good effect in the romance story threaded through the last half of the film where both girl and alien fall in love, but to different people.

I watched a really good quality cam version but would actually now pay to watch this.

Watched it about a week ago and it was much, much better than anticipated. 7/10.

Watched it last week with the Mrs, thought it was pish and then I realised it was the same bird who wrote Twilight. Should have realised halfway through the film.
