CTC Insurance / Cycle insurance

With all the wan*er drivers on the road these days (and yes some cyclists too) I thought it was time I got some cycle insurance, more for me rather than the actual bike. I gather the CTC do this for about £50 a year. Have any of you got insurance for cycling? If so who and at what rough cost??

I do mine as named items on the house but don't bother with liability insurance.

I used to use CTC, but let it lapse when I moved oversea's.

I had an accident and they really helped me out with the claim, quick and easy.
